- Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices may vary based on airline fare rules, accommodation availability, and seasonal changes.
- Full payment or a deposit (as specified during booking) must be made at the time of confirmation. All deposits are non-refundable.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or in-person at our office.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Airline tickets and packages are subject to airline and supplier cancellation policies.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed according to the airline/hotel/supplier rules and may incur cancellation or administration fees.
- Some fares and packages are non-refundable or non-changeable and even partial refund is not allowed.
- Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel documents.
- For Umrah travel, we will assist with visa processing; however, final approval is at the discretion of the relevant embassy or visa authority. In case of rejection of the visa fee will be non refundable.
- We are not liable for any denial of entry or refusal of visa due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
- Transit Visa Responsibility: It is crucial to understand that as a traveller, it is your sole responsibility to verify and obtain any necessary Transit Visas for your journey when transiting through certain countries. These requirements can vary based on your Nationality and the specific countries you’ll be transiting through
- Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical, cancellation, baggage, and other travel-related risks.
- Forest Gate Travel is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
- Tailor-Made Packages
- Customised packages are created based on your preferences and are quoted accordingly.
- Changes to tailor-made itineraries after confirmation may result in additional charges & some are non changeable.
- Liability
- Forest Gate Travel acts as an agent between the customer and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, visa agents, etc.).
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, cancellation of flights, lost baggage or damage resulting from services provided by third parties.
- We do not accept liability for any circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, airline strikes, or political unrest.
